Patu training consists of circuit training, body weighted exercises, interval training and the aim is to elevate the heart rate into a abnormal zone.
Patu workouts normally last between 20-40 minutes. Many of our training sessions relate to Māori atua.
School is where our Tamariki learn and engage. Patu offers fundamentals, fitness and fun. Teaching Tamariki the basics of catching, passing, kicking and throwing. Creating an environment where Tamariki increase activity levels through fun conditioning games.
