What is the PATU LOCKDOWN Challenge
The LOCKDOWN Challenge will enable you to improve your health and fitness with the support of a group of like minded people during LOCKDOWN. The challenge also consists of staying away from alcohol during this time cleansing the mind, body and soul. The challenge will be broken down to 2 components outlined below.
REP N RUN
We will be repping in the morning followed by running in the afternoon.
We will be posting up daily workouts in the morning for you to complete. All workouts will be bodyweighted so if you do not have equipment that is ok with a focus of toning and building some strenth
In the afternoon we will be doing a walk or run at your pace with the aim of increasing our cardio and decreasingthat fat.
