What is the PATU 100 Day Challenge
The 100 Day Challenge will enable you to improve your health and fitness with the support of a group of like minded people. The challenge also consists of staying away from alcohol for 100 days during this time cleansing the mind, body and soul. The challenge will be broken down to 3 components outlined below.
REPTEMBER
tUESDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER-
WEDNESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER
Reptember is the first challenge set down. It will consist of doing varying body weighted exercises every day for the month of September. All workouts will be made available online for you and all you gotta do is put in the mahi!!
ROCKTOBER
THURSDAY 1ST OCTOBER-
SATURDAY 31ST OCTOBER
Rocktober is all about building some lean muscle ready for those summer days. A 4 week training regime will be added to your daily routine along with exercises and videos in case you get stuck. You will be required to attend a gym with weights and resistance gear, unless of course you have some gear in the shed.
RUNVEMBER
SUNDAY 1ST NOVEMBER-
MONDAY 30TH NOVEMBER
Yes you guessed it, RUNNING. In this challenge we will introduce a walk/run with the aim of increasing your cardio and reducing that body fat during the month. Many people dislike running but we have some cool ideas to make it fun and easy.
